A little taste of what’s to come…

Posted on February 25, 2014 by Emma

As most of you are well aware, we are within touching distance of our new store on Frenchmen St opening. We’re so majorly excited about this (and hope you are too!!) and will keep you up to date with all the news in the run up to opening.

Last week one of our co-owners, Constantine, was interviewed by Nola Eater and here’s how it went down.

We’d love to hear from you; what you’re most looking forward to, what you’d like to see and whether you’ll be one of our regulars at Frenchmen! Leave us a comment on our Facebook page or send us a Tweet!

Yay for Thrillist!

Posted on February 12, 2014 by Emma

As we all know, the weather these past few weeks has just been insane. I don’t know about you but we certainly needed a little cheering up and for us, that came on Saturday in the form of a glowing review and number 1 spot on Thrillist’s ‘The Eight Coolest Restaurants in New Orleans‘. We were nestled alongside some other pretty awesome NOLA places including;

Toups Meatery, Green Goddess, Pizza Delicious, Maurepas Foods, Root and Cochon Butcher. Make sure to check them all out sometime if you haven’t already! OR how about the ultimate COOLEST RESTAURANTS IN NEW ORLEANS CRAWL. That would be breakfast, brunch, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack, midnight feast! …on second thoughts, maybe we’re getting a little carried away with ourselves.

Anyway…

We’re always so, so grateful to receive the praise that we do, so a massive thank you to Thrillist. And a massive thank you to you lot, our loyal customers for braving the cold and continuing to come say hi and get your hot dog fix.

Anyway…to cheer you all up, perhaps some GIFs of George Takei shakin’ his thang will put a smile on your faces!
